Refund Policy

We believe in quality and taste. We prepare our products very carefully. Each and every item go through quality test
and it’s delivered only if its 100% tested and fit. We want our customer to be satisfied 100% without any
complaints. We are sure that you will like the taste of all our products. We use high quality packing materials to
keep our products in original conditions. Our courier partners are well known and good at services. We promise you
to deliver the best product in best condition.

As you all know this is food products and perishable, it is difficult for us to take the return of any food items.

Eligibility for Return/Refund/Exchange

Return will be accepted only if customer receives the package in damaged condition. No return/refund will be
accepted in any other cases.

Process for return/refund/exchange

At the time of receiving the package from the delivery guy, if the package is damaged or not in a good condition,
Follow the below steps.

1. Take the pictures of damaged packet.
2. Do not accept the courier. After taking pictures, give the courier back to delivery guy.
3. Fill the following form and upload the pictures.
4. Our team will check the pictures and decide the return/refund. Our decision will be final.

Please note- once the courier is accepted by the customer, then refund will not be given in any condition.

*No refund will be given in any case other than mentioned above.
**For exchange, extra courier charges will be borne by the customer.
***In case the package is damaged, and the courier is accepted then the refund will not be given.
